Ali Yusuf Ali (Hosh)

Ali Yusuf Ali, widely known as "Hosh," is a Somali politician who has served as Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation since his appointment by Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre in April 2024. A former Member of Parliament representing the Nugal region of Puntland, he brings more than thirty years of government leadership experience across internal affairs, security, planning and public works.
