Amendments to the Provisional Constitution of the Federal Republic of Somalia (Chapters 1-4)

<p>In March 2024 Somalia's bicameral Parliament approved historic amendments to the first four chapters of the Provisional Constitution, introducing direct universal suffrage, a multi-party system, and a five-year presidential and parliamentary term.</p><p>The amendments also empowered the President to appoint and dismiss the Prime Minister, replacing the prior parliamentary vote of confidence.</p>

Somali Petroleum Law

Framework Agreement on Defence and Economic Cooperation between Turkiye and Somalia
